Temporary live in Nanny in Conifer, Colorado

Number of children and ages: 3 children, ages 4,5,6 years
Duties: We are looking for someone who is interested in investing in our family and getting experience working with kids from hard places. We need someone who is willing to help with housekeeping as well. The childcare would be particularly over intensive parenting parts of the day. Someone who might be interested in living on site in the little apartment above the barn for a few months. We would offer stipend, room and board in exchange for this help. A part-time grad student might be a good fit. We need someone willing to be vaccinated and to mask if need be so our kids can stay in school. We are spent parents not giving up but asking for some extra support for a while in order to find more balance and restoration. Experience with children who have experienced trauma would be beneficial, though a willingness to learn would be crucial. We are a Christian family, loooking for a prayerful female nanny..
Schedule: Primarily 3pm- 9pm child care support, and daily housekeeping support. 10pm-7am waking with children overnight and early risers.

Additional information: We are an adoptive family with therapeutic parenting and attachment building all the time. These three precious children came to us at newborn, 1 yr and 2 yrs. Gifted and delightful, each child has unique special needs, including developmental delays, executive function challengs, and reactive attachment.
We live at 8,000 ft west of Denver, we have family pets and chickents, and we enjoy the outdoors in all weather!
