Polish speaking Nanny in Sutton, London

We’re looking for a POLISH-SPEAKING nanny with very good English. Qualifications and driving licence (automatic) desirable but not deal-breakers.

We’re looking for a part-time nanny to help us on Mondays (ideally 7.45am - 6/6.15pm) + 2 other shorter days/1 long day.

We’re an English-Polish family with B3, G9months and a baby boy due in October ‘22. Mum doesn’t work and there’s a full-time British nanny working Tue-Sat. When the new baby arrives, there will also be a maternity nurse for 3 months so we need someone easy to get on with and a team-player. The oldest attends pre-school in the mornings and will start reception in September.

The role would suit someone who loves playing with little children and can engage with them easily. The goal will be to help them develop and improve their Polish language skills though talking, playing, reading, singing songs etc. so a developmentally-focused nanny would be the perfect fit. There will also be some nursery duties to share with the full-time nanny, eg children’s laundry or meal prep + a bit of record keeping.

Annual salary, paid monthly, based on the hourly rate in the region of £14-19 per hour gross depending on qualifications and experience. Start date - when the right nanny is found, between now and August/September.
