Nanny needed for HNW family in Worcestershire

A busy HNW family of 5 are seeking a Full-Time Nanny for their 2 children (G4 and B18m) with occasional guardianship of G16, to start ASAP. The role is based at their staffed house in rural Worcestershire, with most school holidays spent abroad.

A fantastic opportunity to work as a vital member of close-knit team supporting a lovely HNW family in Worcestershire. The children that require a nanny, are four and eighteen months. Their sixteen year old daughter is self-sufficient when home from boarding school and only requires guardianship when proxy parenting. The family have a stunning 6 bedroom country house, 20 mins from Worcester city centre. They have other properties in Europe that they visit frequently. The family have 4 dogs, so you must be comfortable around animals. A glowing family reference from their current Nanny is available upon request.

The role
When at their Worcestershire home, the role is a mixture of shared and sole charge with frequent proxy parenting when parents travel for work. This is a live out role, however the Nanny will have her own bedroom and ensuite in their beautiful house for when she works overnight or is proxy parenting. When travelling with the family, the Nanny will work 24/6, and a full 24 hours off per week. The Nanny will have the baby monitors and be responsible for night wakings and will sometimes share a room with one of the children when travelling, but the family will aim to provide separate accommodation for the Nanny's time off. This is an amazing opportunity for a Nanny who loves to travel, and experience fantastic perks along the way. All expenses, travel and food are covered by the family. The family require an easy going, flexible Nanny with a 'muck-in' attitude that can slot into the well-oiled team that already exists.


Duties
Sole and shared care of the 2 younger children,
Engaging in healthy and varied routines,
Frequent proxy parenting,
Guardianship of Teen when proxy parenting,
International travel on a 24/6 basis,
School and nursery drop off/pick up,
Arranging age appropriate activities,
Creative play,
Babysitting,
Running childcare related errands,
Diary management for children,
Packing/unpacking for travel,
Handling families private matters in a discrete manner.

The Nanny
The Nanny will ideally have 5+ years of nanny experience, with lots of common sense.
The Nanny must hold a valid driving licence. Family provides a car for work use.
The Nanny will not be required to clean or cook frequently as the family employ a chef/housekeeper.
The Nanny must hold a valid passport, be fully vaccinated and be willing to travel for up to 4 weeks at a time.
