Live in Mandarin speaking Nanny in Arcadia, California

A Mandarin-speaking family in Arcadia Calif needs to hire a live-in Nanny/Governess to care for their 4-year-old twin boys. Dual roles: Nanny - 20%, Governess/teacher - 80%. Requirement: Native English speaker + basic mandarin; substantial knowledge of all aspects of Early Childhood Development, Montessori teaching is strongly preferred (diploma majoring in Early Childhood Education is a plus). Be able to 1) teach & train the children to develop ability & routine habit for self-hygiene & -grooming independently, sleeping alone independently, taking meal process independently, etc. 2) design & execute teaching plan for kids to catch up with the necessary training and learnings that they were supposed to experience in their early development but missed due to pandemic; 3) design, plan & lead various educational activities; min 5-year-experience in similar environment.
