English speaking Nanny in Ankara, Turkey

We are looking for a highly experienced, trusthworthy, very well organised, professional, self-motivated with a can-do attitude, bubbly, outdoorsy, mature, tolerant, flexible, firm but fair nanny who is willing to commit for long term. I am a single mom who is a bussiness person with lots of work load and travelling. I have three energetic boys aged 7, 11 and 13. I've worked with proffesional, native English speaker nannies from their birth so they are all bilingual.

We are a high profile but moderate and down to earth family. The most valuable thing to me is love,respect and knowledge. I am a hands on mom who wants to guide her children on putting their potentials at their outmost. That's why we need a profess ional nanny,not just a carer. We are living in a big house with a seperate accomodation in the residential for our nanny. It's a studio flat with a bedroom,bathroom and a living area with an open kitchen, for which there is a seperate enterance. So our nanny will be isolated from the family during her off time. If she likes to rent her own flat,that will also be no problem for us as we don't need someone live-in. But as i mentioned i am totally flexible on the options as i want our nanny to be happy and comfortable so she would like to stay at a long term basis. In the family house,we have 7/24 private security, gardeners, 2 ladies for cooking, cleaning, doing the laundry, and all the stuff, drivers and a coordinator to manage the house to make sure everything works smoothly. Being respectful and being confidential is essential.

All the boys has a very busy schedule. So the nanny will be working after school hours during the week days if i am not travelling, which will be with an earliest start at 4pm with the youngest one. The elder boys are proffessional swimmers with a disciplined training programme after school and on Saturdays. The youngest one goes to swimming three times a week for now. The nanny should be responsible for their academic, social, cultural and emotional development, for sure with the cooperation with me. The organisation of the toys, boys rooms and cabinets will be nanny's responsibility. She should be seperating the worn out or small clothes, and cabinets should be well orgined in an order. She will be needed to work on Saturdays and will be off on Sundays. As i am travelling often i need flexibility and i am also a flexible person who can understand the needs of our nanny. I can supply references from our previous nannies.

As the eldest one is getting to the pubety stage,nanny should have knowledge and experience on that age group to held the situations arise and for building the bond and cooperate,etc. All the boys have strong characters so our nanny should be smart and a problem solver.

Whenever we find time we like to have family holidays which are so much fun. We are very outdoorsy who likes swimming, skiing, snorkelling, scuba diving, paragliding,camping, trekking,etc. We might need our nanny to travel with us. Preparing boys luggages and teaching them how to get prepared by themselves will be needed before holidays. As i mentioned when i am travelling proxy parenting will be needed. We'll also need babysitting with an avarage of once a week.

I care about healty eating and healty life style. I also would like boys to learn culinary skills,get involved with cooking when they have time and want to encourage them to take responsibilities although we have a busy household. They are not little princes.

The nanny should be active, energetic, ethic. She should be capable of solving behavioral problems with the cooperation and coordination for sure. Being a non-smoker is very important. She should be pet lover as we have cats,dogs, fishes, a hamster and a parrot. It would be great if she will have previous overseas experience.

The salary expectation is negotiable. Working hours and working days are also discussable and can be set together.
