About the job
Family of 4 looking for TWO Full time Long Term Nannies for their 2 children, ages 1 and 4.
Location: Santa Barbara
Hours: 8am to 7pm
Days: 7 days a week
Schedule will be split between TWO nannies, prefer 3 on/4 off rotation or similar
Family is VERY generous and will pay a very competitive salary for the right nannies
I have known them for years and can say they treat their household staff like family
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 yrs experience working with kids ages 1 yr and up
CPR and First Aid Certified
Clean Background
Willing to sign an NDA
Clean DMV
Fully Vaccinated
Willing to travel if needed
They would love someone who has experience with helping a child with verbal skills
Bonus if you are RIE or Montessori trained or educated
They want a career nanny who is willing to continue learning new skills and are willing to pay for such classes as they pertain to child development.
