Temporary Nanny needed to join a family in Canada: August Start x 5 weeks (with opportunity to extend); travel within Canada involved.

The family are looking for a someone who is fun, organised and a true career nanny to care for their two children aged 3 and 7. Duties will include normal nursery duties, as well as getting the children ready for school in the mornings, organising afterschool activities, preparing healthy meals, taking the children to summer camp classes, travel within Canada to the family's holiday homes and some household management tasks. The family also have a housekeeper.

The children are in full-time school although will be on school holidays during the booking. The children are described as sweet, well mannered, gentle natured, loving and in excellent routines. The eldest loves arts and crafts and is very creative. The youngest girl is a very jolly and happy toddler. They both love being outdoors and enjoy music.

The family home is situated in Ontario, approximately 40 minutes west of downtown Toronto with easy access into the city. It is a very residential area with lovely walks and parks. Both parents are working professionals and the family enjoy an active lifestyle. Due to the location a driver is preferable and a car can be provided.

Working hours required: Monday – Friday, 7am - 7pm with flexibility for weekend cover (paid extra) when travelling and babysitting.
The accommodation would comprise of own bedroom and occasional shared bathroom.
Start date: August 2022
Salary offered: £1200 gross per week (negotiable)
Opportunity to become a long-term role (2-year work permit can be organised by the family)
