Full-time English speaking Governor for B13, located in Izhevsk, Russia. Live out. Salary £800 – £1000 per week. Start July (1-month contract)

A returning Russian family is seeking a qualified Governor to support their 13-year-old son in his general development & academic studies.

As a Governor, you will be required to work daily with the boy providing engaging and educational activities and classes along with interactive play. The focus should be made on writing and reading skills and extending his vocabulary in English. The boy has a good understanding of the English language, he has been learning English with a Tutor/Governor for the past 5 years. The boy is very inquisitive, loves to learn, loves music, singing and dancing; has experience in mastering the piano and will be happy to continue the classes with the Governor if they can play. Additionally, he is a great swimmer and plays tennis. The boy is sensitive so it is important to implement a calm and balanced approach to teaching.

The boy also learning French and Chinese, So the ability to speak either of these languages will be benefitial in your application but not essential.

Additional duties will include meeting the child’s daily needs, accompanying him during walks, encouraging independence and arranging cultural and leisure activities (excursions, visits to the theatres etc.)

The boy will spend his summer holidays in Izhevsk.

The working schedule will be 5 days on /2days off (Saturday & Sunday), working approximately 5-6 hours a day from about 10 am untill 3 pm negotiable.

This is a live out position with a separate apartment provided near the family home. Visa & travel-related expenses will be covered by the family. Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Russia.

Interviews to take place ASAP. 1 month contract starting from the 1st of July
