English speaking Governess in Cayman Islands

Live in or Daily Native English Governess/Nanny sought for role in West bay, Cayman Islands. This is a sole charge role for G9 and B7 as both parents work full time. You will be responsible for all duties relating to the children and their schedules including planning engaging activities and playdates, cooking healthy balanced meals and school drop off/pickups. An educationally focused Nanny with a passion for child development is essential for this role in order to stimulate the children socially, physically, and educationally. Both children are very energetic and enjoy playing games, swimming and riding bikes so an active candidate who will get involved is needed. Both children attend school so there will be a lot of downtime during the day so you must be able to manage your time well. You will be confident teaching manners and encouraging boundaries. If living in, accommodation provided is own bedroom with ensuite. This role would suit a flexible, focused, fun and bubbly candidate looking for a long term role who is happy to travel for up to 8 weeks. The chosen Nanny should have a muck in attitude and be happy taking on additional duties such as dealing with the family PA and overseeing the full time housekeeper. Managing of the home will also be required including running errands, ordering household supplies etc. The families current Nanny has been there 6 years and highly recommends the role. Driver essential and car provided on/off duty including for personal use. Working hours are Monday-Friday 6.45am-6.45pm and one night per week babysitting. Role to commence May 2022 for handover with current Nanny. Salary negotiable depending on experience plus perks. Family happy to assist with a visa.
