Travel Nanny Switzerland, Singapore, London, Los Angeles & New York

A lovely family currently based in Switzerland are looking for a confident travel nanny/tutor to join them from July 2022 to care for their son (now 9-months) and another family's daughter who is a year older. An approximate schedule will be 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional help needed over weekends and one evening's babysitting per week. This is an exciting, ever-evolving role as the two families will be travelling between Switzerland, London, Singapore, Los Angeles and New York City, spending just under 3 months each location. You will be travelling with them and helping the children settle in to their new environment.



Duties will include everything pertaining to the children including, but not limited to, all personal care, light housekeeping for the children, taking them out to parks, lessons, nursery and classes, researching and planning fun activities, cooking delicious, fresh and healthy meals for them, and generally ensuring that they are thriving in each new location and feel happy, safe, and secure. Both families have a love of the outdoors, so being in nature and encouraging the children to explore and take an interest in the natural world around them is important. The children also have a Montessori background which the parents would like to continue where possible.



The ideal candidate is kind, caring, and fun but is also super-organised and confident and has a background in early years education. You'll need to be able to hit the ground running wherever you are, be comfortable with making the best of any situation that arises, and with supporting the family in each new location. The little boy comes from an English/Italian background, the little girl from an English/French background and they are currently living in a German-speaking area. Someone with a flair for languages would be ideal - English is essential, fluency in another language would be preferred. A confident driver will also probably be useful, particularly in Switzerland and LA, and a proficient swimmer would be preferred.
