Rota Nanny in Puerto Rico

This lovely family are looking for two educationally focussed Rota Nannies to look after their 5 month old son.
Mum and Dad both work full time, so this is a sole charge role with a 2 week on/ 2 week off schedule. Duties include 24/7 care of the little boy, establishing and maintaining his routine, along with general nursery duties.

Other duties will include continuing with baby-led weaning and organising fun and educational activities.

The ideal nanny will have an educational background with an emphasis on the Montessori method, to allow the little boy to explore his surroundings whilst teaching him responsibility.

The family spend half the year in Puerto Rico and the other half split between the United States and Europe, with other travel included.

Accommodation will consist of a bed in the baby’s room until he turns 1 and then it’s a separate bed & bathroom with the baby monitor.

A driver is required, and a golf cart is available for use when in Puerto Rico.

The ideal candidate will have a US passport.

The family will cover travel back to the US when not on duty.

Working Hours: 24/7, 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off (subject to change when travelling)

Salary: $80 000+ gross per annum as well as health care and 401K
