English speaking Maternity Nanny in Grand Cayman Islands

Our private HNW client is looking for a fluent English-speaking trained or career Nanny/Maternity nurse to look after their 8-month-old son and grow with the family.

As the child is 8 months old the family are looking for a Nanny who can take him through all the important milestones such as weaning, sleep routines, potty training etc.

The Nanny must be flexible to adhere to the family’s schedule and love to travel (must have ability to travel into multiple countries in particular USA and Europe/ UK).
A driver would be a plus

Duties:
All nanny duties
Preparing meals for the child
Tidying up the room and laundry of the child
Follow a covid-19 protocol
Provide appropriate support to the family
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the child

Salary
KYD $60K with accommodation included. Additional benefits include

Annual trip home,
4 weeks’ vacation (to be taken in line with the family’s schedule).

Start Dateis as soon as possible

Hours of Work
45-hour work week with flexible shifts as required by the family (this may include weekends and public holidays as needed)
Two days off per week in line with the family’s schedule (for example they might not be consecutive)

Additional Details:
You will have an up-to-date enhanced DBS check and paediatric first aid
When travelling the Nanny will have their own accommodation and will not be expected to have the child in their room
