English speaking Live in Nanny in Frankfurt, Germany & South of France

A friendly blended family is looking for a live in nanny to join them in caring for their youngest child who is currently 5 months old. They are based in Frankfurt predominately, but also have a home in the south of France.

Start Date: March/April 2022

Working Hours: 40 per week, flexible about when these hours will be spread over 5 or 6 working days per week.

Language requirements: Native English speaker is a preference with some knowledge of French ideally.

Duties: The family are looking for a nanny to stay with them on a long-term basis. Someone who knows how to take care of a baby and can encourage baby's development and learning of the English language. A nanny who will be confident for sole charge and comfortable when they are working alongside family members. The nanny should be happy with performing nursery duties (baby's laundry, cooking for baby, tidying up baby's areas and main areas in the house). Really the family is looking for someone to become part of the family and enjoy spending time with their son and taking care of him.

Accommodation: A separate flat is provided in Frankfurt close to the family's home and in France a separate guest room with its own entrance is provided.

Travel: A nanny who is happy to travel to France and elsewhere frequently is a plus.

A driver would also be a plus.

The ability to work in Germany is required for this position.

Salary: starting at €2,800 net per month, dependent on nanny's experience and language levels.
