Top calibre Nanny/Governess sought for a DAILY role based in Cayman Islands. This role is a mixture of sole and shared care for twin girls aged 3.5 years old. You will be responsible for all nursery duties including school pickups, arranging schedules and taking the girls to activities and playdates. This role would suit a well-mannered, outgoing, sporty candidate looking for a long term role. The ideal candidate will have a teaching background and be educationally focused to help with development. A strong educational background is essential for this role. The chosen Nanny will have a muck in attitude and be happy taking on additional duties such as occasional family cooking. A nanny with an interest in nutrition would be a bonus. The children attend preschool during the day so you must manage your time well during this period. Must be pet friendly as family have a cat. Fluent English speaker with Spanish a bonus. A strong swimmer and a confident driver is essential (Car provided). Working hours are Monday-Friday 9/10am-5/6pm with 2 nights of babysitting on a Thursday evening each month. Occasional overnights may be required, time off in lieu or overtime paid. Role to commence ASAP but willing to wait for the perfect candidate. Salary on offer $45,000-$62,000 tax free depending on experience. Employers pay health and pension and will offer a relocation allowance and temporary accommodation for the first week of employment, thereafter the candidate will have to source their own accommodation.
