Maternity Nurse in The Bahamas

A qualified Maternity Nurse/Baby Nanny is required for a client in the Bahamas. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with multiples and specialise in twins. Salary is fully negotiable for the ideal applicant. Twins will be 3 months old at the start of the booking.

UHNW clients from the US are looking for a Maternity Nurse/Baby Nanny with extensive experience with twins. Ideal candidates will have previous experience of working as part of a wider team of highly skilled private household staff.

Accommodation is provided for the duration of the booking and a work visa will be arranged for you by the client. Candidates must be available from 1st March to take over from an existing Maternity Nurse who will be completing a 3-month contract.

Suitable candidates will be warm, kind and informative whilst ensuring both parents are guided and involved with the hands-on care of the twins.

Rotational contracts are also available for ideal candidates.

Responsibilities
Managing the nursery with all equipment and items (clothing, muslins, blankets, nappies, cosmetics items, wipes, cotton balls, ointments and lotions for mother and baby)
Setting up a changing area and ensuring the client has all she needs for nursing
Working a sustainable schedule to ensure you are well-rested and able to give your best throughout the 3-month booking
Guiding both parents and ensuring they are involved with the twins schedule each day
Assisting with nursing and guiding a steady daily routine
Executing a sleep training schedule
Travelling with the clients when needed
Accompanying the clients on outings
Key requirements
Qualified MNT Trained Maternity Nurse required
Previous experience with twins
