English speaking Rota Governess in Moscow, Russia

Full-time English speaking rota Governess required for G5, located in Moscow, £300 per day. Start ASAP

A well known Russian family is seeking an energetic, professional, caring and experienced Governess for their 5-year old daughter to assist in her care, learning, and development.

As a Governess, you will be responsible for meeting the daily needs of the young girl; providing a high standard of care, meeting all daily needs and routines (feeding, cleanliness, dressing), ensuring she is reaching all age-appropriate milestones and promoting all areas of development. You will be required to create engaging play, games, and activities to further her development and language abilities. The young girl speaks English and Italian as well as her native language, Russian. She has previously had an English Nanny.

The ideal candidate will have relevant childcare qualifications and solid experience of working in private households. The governess should be friendly, active and energetic as well as confident in building strong relationships and rapport to support and care for the child and meet her educational needs.

There are older siblings in the family home. All children speak English fluently as do the parents.

The working schedule will be approx 15 – 20 working days on/off. This is a live in position while on duty and you will provide 24-hour care during your shift. Flights or apartments in Moscow can be provided.

The family travel frequently, therefore a candidate who enjoys travelling is essential. Summer is spent in Italy.

The salary on offer is £300 per day. The daily rate is paid only for working days.
