About the job
A young family residing in Moscow, Russia is seeking an experienced and qualified English-speaking live-in rota nanny (1 month on / 1 month off) for the care and education of their baby girl aged 15 months. The family also employ a Spanish speaking nanny who will be working on the alternate months to the successful candidate. The focus will be to care for and educate the child as she progresses through the different ages and stages and ensure that you plan and integrate fun, engaging educational age-appropriate activities which fit in well with her daily routine.
This is the family’s first child; they are kind and welcoming and seeking a long-term candidate who is flexible and works well within a team. They have a fully staffed household, including security, drivers, chefs, and housekeepers, therefore a team player is essential. They travel frequently throughout the year, sometimes at short notice, therefore and easy going, flexible, organised, and discreet nanny is essential for this role. The family is very clean and hygienic and wish for the nanny to respect that and ensure that those standards are held especially with the baby’s nursery, bedroom, and personal items.
All travel expenses related to work will be covered along with a flight home at the end of each shift and back to Moscow will be covered by the family. When the candidate is working, they will be on 24/7 cover. They may wish to change the schedule to 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off at some point in the future. However, with the current travel restrictions and issues they believe this is the best schedule to start with. The family spend at least three months outside of Moscow per year including summer in Italy and Skiing holidays in France in the winter.
The salary on offer is starting from £80,000+ gross per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. A Polygraph test will be required after a successful interview and before the signing of the contract.
The family is ready to start interviewing potential candidates immediately via video interview. They may wish to carry out a trial before offering a long-term contract to see how well the nanny integrates into their family.

English speaking (additional language a bonus)
5+ years’ experience working with babies and toddlers
