Wonderful family in Montreal seeking a loving Nanny with SEN understanding to join their growing home. Sponsorship opportunity for the right person.

Requirements:
- HNW Experience is essential
- Family will be having baby number 4 in August 2022, so Newborn experience is essential also
- Qualifications essential - ideally Early Years or equivalent, Nursery qualifications, or Special Needs qualifications
- Outstanding references
- Perfect grasp of the English language
- Ability to supervise homework
- Mature, responsible attitude and polite, well-mannered, and warm personality with a great understanding or appreciation for Canadian culture
- Special Needs experience is ideal (G4 requires extra attention mainly through assisted learning and sensory play)
- Positive mindset & upbeat personality, willing to teach children through play
- Excellent ability to devise and maintain structure for the children
- Good at providing fun learning activities & willing to explore nature & the great outdoors
- French-speaker or other additional language would be hugely beneficial, but not essential
- Ability to work within a busy family home
- Proven longevity in previous roles
- Driver is a plus, but not essential
- Ability to play chess and complete brain games is ideal (B6 is highly intelligent & requires enhanced stimulation through fun and challenging games)
- Willing to travel with family for 1-2 months at a time to places such as Turkey and beyond (travelling this summer)
- Must want a long-term commitment

Working Hours: Flexibility required - Thurs-Mon 7:00 - 19:00 ideally (Tue&Wed off)
Accommodation: Private room within family home, with own bathroom
Salary Offered: $1000-$2000 CAD per week (DOE)
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation; annual bonus; retention package (enquire for more info!)
Starting Date: ASAP (NB - VISA processing takes up to 6 MONTHS if needed!)
