Norland trained or Career Nanny in Grand Cayman Islands

Our private HNW client is looking for a fluent English-speaking Norland trained or career Nanny to look after their 5-month-old son and grow with the family.

As the child is 5 months old the family are looking for a Nanny who can take him through all the important milestones such as; weaning, sleep routines, potty training etc.

The Nanny must be flexible to adhere to the family’s schedule and love to travel.

Days/Hours of work:Monday to Friday, 50 hours per week (while the family is looking for someone to work Monday to Friday / 50 hours per week, this role will include some evenings and weekends.)

Additional details:
Yearly flight home will be covered for the Nanny
A bonus will be offered at the discretion of the parents after a years’ service
When travelling the Nanny will have their own accommodation and will not be expected to have the child in their room
When travelling the working hours may be more fluid, but the nanny will definitely be allotted their due down time

Salary is between £60,000-£70,000 per year depending on experience

Start date is January 2022
