Rota nanny requited to work in Switzerland who has a strong education background. Travel on most holidays will be expected! Very competitive salary available.

Job Summary: A professional family are looking for a rota nanny to work with their current nanny of three years. The eldest child is in school full-time preschool, and their son will start in September. Both children are in good routines and attend many classes. The home is fully staffed home but is semi formal, and your only responsibility will be to focus on the children. Mum is very present, but this is a sole charge role. This a multi-language home, the nanny speaks Russian and they family are looking for a fluent English speaker, and a bonus if you spoke Russian too.

Accommodation: own bathroom and bathroom while on duty

General duties:

Sole charge care of the children
Planning activities that will focus on development and education
Arranging play dates
Teaching the children manners, and social etiquette
Encouraging the children to be independent

Candidate requirements:

It is essential you have a childcare degree or other childcare qualifications that will highlight your knowledge of children’s development
An interest in education and experience working in a similar position
Fluent English skill are a must and strong preference for Russian or other European language (the children are learning French)
Ability to work in Switzerland – EU passport or Swiss working visa
Good communication skills and active, the children enjoy being outside
Ideally experience working in a rota position
Driving is not essential as the family do employ drivers, but it is very important that you are confident
DBS check required at offer stage
