French or Spanish speaking Nanny in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A family well recommended to the agency, who is currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a qualified and experienced Spanish or French speaking nanny for the care and language development of their three children a girl aged 5, boy aged 3 and baby boy aged 7 months. The baby has his own nanny; however, the family would like the nanny to spend some time with him to assist with his care and language development.

The family previously lived in London for many years and travel frequently and extensively throughout the year mainly to the U.K, France, Spain, and the USA. The two eldest children go to school, the girl aged 5 from 7.30 am – 4.30 pm and the other boy aged 3 from 9am – 1pm. The nanny will be required to assist them in the mornings before school and school pickups along with afternoon and evening activities.

This is a live-in role, whereby the nanny will be provided separate accommodation within staff housing whilst in Saudi and whilst travelling depending on the location either a separate room in the family’s home or shared hotel room with the children.

The ideal candidate will be a professional nanny seeking a long-term role within a kind and caring family. The candidate will be experienced with 0-7 years and have some knowledge of the early years’ foundation stages. The nanny will be a flexible, energetic, and calm individual who enjoys her role as a nanny and educator and loves to travel frequently.

The main duties and responsibilities of the role will be to create a safe and stimulating environment which focuses on age-appropriate activities inside and outside of the home which will fully engage with the children to teach and improve their language skills.

The nanny will be required to maintain a good daily routine with the children to ensure the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs of the children are met. The nanny should be confident in arranging outings and playdates, being creative and initiating educational fun activities with toys, arts and crafts, music, role play etc. The family is extremely active and outdoorsy, they love nature, swimming, horseback riding and skiing, therefore an active candidate who enjoys similar activities would be a great fit.

The nannies will accompany the children to school, discuss their progress with their teachers and report back to the parents. They will also assist with homework and read to and with the children.

The working days will be 6 days per week and up to 12 hours daily, during travels there will need to be an element of flexibility. The salary on offer is £4000 net per month and live-in separate accommodation is offered on the staff grounds, private room with shared kitchen and living area. The family is ready to start interviewing candidates immediately and this role is to start ASAP for the right candidate.

Requirements:
• Fluent in Spanish or French
• Childcare qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of professional or personal experience.
• First Aid
• Teaching background or assisting teaching.
• Police check/DBS clear

Package:
• 4000 pounds net per month
