Part time Nanny with fluent French in Kensal Green, London

Caring for girl 4 and boy 1 year,
Start: ASAP, with some flexibility to start latest September,
3 days a week, with some flexibility (Tuesdays essential but would not be needed on Fridays),
9:00 AM-6:00 PM, Hours can be flexible and spread across the week for the right person,

Looking for a fun, kind, creative nanny who takes real pride in their work caring for children, someone devoted who gets great satisfaction from seeing children thrive. Someone who brings a sense of calm and peacefulness especially with the sensitive hand over from parent to nanny. Offering stability so the children feel safe and secure in their care. Someone with a Montessori background would be a bonus.


Duties:
All nursery duties,
Nursery/School drop offs and pick ups for the girl, who will be starting pre-school in September,
Organising fun and stimulating activities,
Outings to the park and exploring nature,
Planning cooking activities with the children,
Organising playdates,
Reading stories and singing,
Tidying away toys,
Cooking healthy meals,
Light child related laundry duties,
Occasional holidays to Dorset.


The family have close family relatives close by who could offer the nanny extra hours if needed. The family are looking to send their son to nursery a couple of mornings a week in January 2022 (Term-time only), this is still to be confirmed but the family would like the nanny to show flexibility to take on housekeeping duties if needed. Both parents currently work from home but understand the importance of allowing space for the nanny to care for the children.

A French speaker would be a bonus to support the children’s language and dialects.

A driver would be preferred but not essential, a car can be provided. Parking for the nannies car can also be arranged.
