Role: French Speaking Nanny
Care for: G3 & G6
Location: St James Park, London
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday: 7am-8pm (with a three hour break in between)
Salary: £750 - £850 net per week
Start: ASAP

A HNW Couple based are seeking a fluent French-speaking Nanny for a full-time position in Central London

Your primary focus will be on the development and care of the children (G3 & G6), ensuring that they are in a healthy and varied routine. A Nanny who is able to plan and execute learning through play activities, supervise homework as well monitor their academic development is highly advantageous for this role.

The family would like a Nanny who can speak French and English fluently, and assist the children in becoming bilingual. As a Nanny, you will also be responsible for more of the hands on aspects of their care (cooking meals, running errands and keeping their bedrooms tidy and organised). There are no housekeeping duties required as the couple employ a dedicated team of household staff who work full-time at the family home.

The family travel internationally over the holidays for up to 6 weeks per year. This will be paid in addition to your salary as longer hours of cover may be needed.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience working as a Nanny, have previously cared for children of a similar age.
The salary offered will depend upon the candidate’s previous earnings, skills, qualifications and experience.

Daily duties for this role will include;

• All care pertaining to the children
• Flexibility to work independently, with mum and with other household staff
• Create stimulating and engaging activities for the children
• Playing with the children
• Assisting the children with homework
• Attending pre-arranged outings and activities
• Organising playdates
• Assisting with the organisation of birthday parties
• Packing and unpacking for travel
• Running errands
• Adhoc duties
• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the children
• Keep the children’s bedrooms tidy and organised
• Prepared bags for school and extracurricular activities
• Personal shopping
• Scheduling appointments for the children
• Diary management
• Overseas travel with the family during school holidays

To be considered for this role you must;

• Be eligible to work within the UK
• Fluent in English and French language
• Have excellent contactable references
• Possess (or be willing to get) an up to date DBS check
• Have a valid First Aid Certificate
