French speaking Nanny in Moscow, Russia

A native French-speaking nanny is needed for Girl 5 living in a luxury village just outside of Moscow. Duties will include teaching French according to the French curriculum through games and various language-oriented activities; developing speaking, reading, writing and comprehension skills. Also, there are some caring duties such as bedtime, help to maintain the girl’s room tidy, sometimes cook simple meals for the girl and take care of her clothes. The girl can already speak French as she attends a French kindergarten in Moscow. She also learns English there. The family is planning to move to Switzerland in 1-2 years where the girl will be studying at school. We are looking for a native French speaker, an active, flexible and responsible person, with good manners, and experience of working as a nanny/governess with children of similar ages, able to develop a systematic approach to teaching and provide regular progress reports to the parents. Work hours: 40 hours per week, floating schedule, ideally weekends Sat & Sun working days 10-12 hours a day, plus 3 days per week Wed-Fri morning + from 17.00 till 21.00. In the morning you will get the girl ready for kindergarten, help her with morning routines and then collect her with the driver, accompany her to sports etc. Days off are Monday and Tuesday (negotiable). 4 weeks paid holidays per year. Accommodation: the family will provide a separate room in their apartment in central Moscow for the days off, or a separate apartment near the family’s house just outside of Moscow. Sometimes you will work sole charge and stay overnight when the parents leave (not frequently). Salary from 1200 euros per week, negotiable. All transport and visa expenses of the nanny are covered by the family. Interviews ASAP, start in September.
