A lovely international family will be based in London from end of August for 4-5 months and are looking for a fabulous nanny to join them. The role is live-out and the schedule will normally be Monday to Friday for 11 or so hours a day, although flexibility to work some weekends and evenings would be preferred.
Your duties will predominantly involve care for two children aged 1.5yrs and 5yrs and will include taking them to play-dates and parks, to and from nursery, preparing healthy meals and light cleaning and tidying of their areas. The children enjoy imaginative play- introducing fun and engaging games encouraging their intellectual curiosity is important, as is developing their empathy and ensuring that they meet age appropriate milestones. The family normally spend a lot of time outdoors, so an adventurous, sporty, fun personality is essential. Mum is due to have her third child while in London, so you must be prepared to step-up and help out where needed (although they will have a maternity nurse for the first few weeks).
The ideal candidate is warm, cheerful, proactive, and organised and must be bilingual French/English. You must have a love of children and the outdoors and be confident in and around London. If you are legal to work in the UK and are interested in the position, please apply to ZI063.
