Live in Nanny needed for VIP family in Paris & Monaco

We are looking for a warm, kind nanny for VIP Saudi Lebanese family based between Monaco and Paris. Roughly 6 months is spent in each place.
Travel is involved
The job is shared with another nanny.
You Will either do 1 week of nights or 1 week of days then alternate with other nanny.
Lovely family we know well.

6 days pw 12 hour days
You Will have your own bedroom
Salary is negotiable Around 2800-3000 euros
Italian speaker a plus but not essential
