English or Italian speaking Nanny in Monaco

A lovely Italian family in Monaco is looking for a full time nanny to work with them long term taking care of their two year old son. The child speaks Italian and English, and their ideal nanny would have either of the two as their mother tongue. The position is live out, 35 hours per week Monday- Saturday. They would like their nanny to be able to travel with them a few times per year.This is what they told me:⁣
“We would like someone smiling, patient, clean and flexible with the hours if needed. Someone who can play with the little one and who would be happy to come to see our son grow every day… ideally the person would stay with us for several years!”⁣
They are looking for a candidate to stay with them long term, they prioritize their nanny's and their happiness in the working relationship. ⁣
As far as Covid safety goes, the family is looking for their nanny to be vaccinated and wear a mask when out and about, they are careful with covid and needs their nanny to be a fit. Cleanliness is a high priority for this family. ⁣
