English speaking Nanny in Paris 7 - Live in or Daily

A family of young professionals living in the 7th arrondissement of Paris are looking for an English-speaking nanny who will initially take care of their two children, a boy, and a girl, aged 6 and 3. The family are also expecting a baby girl in August.

The little girl goes to a bilingual school and the little boy goes to kindergarten every day from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

The 6-year-old boy is accompanied by an assistant as he is subject to epileptic seizures. The nanny will need to be comfortable with the medical protocol to cope with these seizures.

The family have employed an English-speaking nanny for the past 5 years and want the children to continue to improve their English.

The nanny will work Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The children are dropped off in the morning by one of the parents and the housekeeper will take care of the baby until the nanny arrives at 9am. The little girl finishes class at 3.15 p.m. or 5 p.m. depending on the day and the nanny will have to pick her up from school, as for the little boy, his helper takes care of dropping him off at the family home after his school day.

However, the family is open to the idea of signing up the baby to the crèche two days a week.

During school holidays, the nanny will also work from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

The family are looking for a caring and warm nanny, with initiative.

The nanny will be in charge of meals, baths and weekly activities for the children. Academically, she will also be in charge of teaching English to the children, as well as their homework in French.

She will only be responsible for the children’s needs. She will look after their clothes, rooms and their shopping.

A cleaner is employed by the family.

The family are ready to provide accommodation of 32m2.

The nanny will be entitled to 5 weeks of paid leave.



Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Accommodation: Live-in or live-out.

Salary: € 3,550 net per month if live-out / € 3,300 net per month if live-in.
