A lovely young family are looking for a Live OUT or Live IN Full Time Nanny for a newborn baby boy. The family are based in Oxshott, Surrey (KT22). Ideally, they are looking for a Russian Speaking Nanny as the mother speaks Russian as her native language and would love for the child to grow up learning the language and embracing the culture. Knowledge of English is also important because the father is a native English speaker. Both parents work full time and therefore the position will require the nanny to be sole charge.
To let the parents enjoy private time with their baby, the ideal Live IN nanny would also have their own accommodation in the UK where they could live during their days off.
The Oxshott nanny job could also be live OUT but it will require for the nanny to be flexible enough for overnight babysitting when required.
The ideal candidate is expected to be highly experienced with newborns, flexible, positive and genuinely a happy person by nature as well as responsible and attentive. Flexibility is a must have in this job because both parents have very busy working schedules.
The family would love for their chosen nanny to start in February 2022. The baby will be 1,5 months old and their current maternity nurse will be finishing her contract. It is essential to continue maintaining the sleeping pattern and daily routine which was established by the maternity nurse.

Working Hours:10 -12 Hours / day (Flexibility is a must)
Salary: 50K – 55K GBP Gross / Year

Nanny duties may include:
Maintaining the baby's daily routine and helping him to grow, learn and develop
Being responsible for safety and well-being
Maintaining the baby's well-established sleeping pattern and routines
Arranging developmental activities
Cooking healthy food in future
Feeding the baby
Potty training
Reporting to parents on any developments
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years similar work experience
Excellent checkable references
Knowledge of development techniques
English, Russian is a bonus
UK working permit
