A friendly family are searching for a Live OUT Russian Speaking Governess for a young lady who is 14 years old. The family is based in Westminster, London. They are looking for a fluent Russian speaker as the family speaks Russian as their native language and would like for their children to grow up learning the language and embracing the culture.

We are seeking a mentor, a professional in teaching etiquette, dining and personal presentation. We are only seeking candidates that have similar experience of working to an exceptionally high level with children of a similar age, who could help with the social and cultural development of the children, encourage self-awareness and creativity. The child's school is located walking distance from the home. Usually she is at school to 4pm.

Both parents are working and have to spend most of their time outside the UK. Their daughter is very grown up for her age and has no studying or behaviour issues. The main duty of the governess will be cooking for the girl, accompanying her to school, wardrobe care and light cleaning.
Usually a lady is staying the night with her aunt but sometimes (1 week per month) the governess will have to stay overnight with the child.

Due to Brexit we can only accept candidates with a "leave to remain" and/or documentation supporting their stay and permission to work in the UK. Only candidates who have the eligibility to work in the UK will be considered for this role.

Morning Routine
School runs
Cooking for a girl breakfast, lunch and dinner
Help with the social and cultural development of the child, encourage self-awareness and creativity
Promoting the child’s intellectual, educational, and social development through a range of activities
Providing a positive learning environment
Wardrobe care
Light housekeeping

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years similar work experience
Good cooking skills
Excellent checkable references
Fluent Russian
UK working permit
