Russian or English speaking Rota Nanny in Hampstead, London

Our new clients, a friendly family with 3 children (8, 3 and 2 years old) are looking for an energetic and experienced Nanny to join a professional team of household staff on a permanent basis. This vacancy is on a Rota basis ( 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off ) and is located in Hampstead, London.



We are searching for a fluent Russian or English (Australian) speaker as both parents are from the respected countries. They would love for the children to grow up learning and embracing the mix of cultures.



The family are searching for a career nanny who has had experience working in a fully staffed household whilst conducting themselves professionally with an awareness of the family’s privacy at all times.



The successful applicant will work in a team with the current co-nanny. The parents will never leave a nanny alone with the 2 youngest children and there will always be a co-nanny employed by the family.



During the 2 working weeks, whilst you are on duty, the working hours are 24/7. Usually the working day starts at 7 am and finish when the children are sleeping.



We are looking for a nanny with extensive experience in HNW families who enjoys developing children by employing a range of technics and methods best suited to the child. Your everyday routine should include learning poems, organising mathematics lessons, puzzles and other development activities.



The nanny's responsibilities will include cleaning up the toys in the play-area, cleaning after the children's meals ( no cooking required ), folding their clothes - in other words, tiding up after the children or rather helping them tidy up.



The oldest girl is usually taken to school by her mother or the family chauffeur.



A private bedroom with own bathroom will be provided for the successful candidate. There is no requirement to sleep in the same room as the child.



Days: Rota ( 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off ), Permanent

Salary: 45,000 - 60,000 GBP Gross annually

Language: Russian or English ( Australian )

Accommodation: A bedroom with own bathroom

Starting date: ASAP



Duties could include but not limited to:



Creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children
Morning routine (dressing, shower, breakfast, exercises)
Arranging playdates and outings
Indoor and outdoor play
Educational activities and crafts
Reading to the children
Playing developing games
Learning poems, songs, etc
Going for walks
Sleeping routine
Feeding
Cleaning after the children


Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years similar work experience
Excellent checkable references
Fluent Russian or great level of English ( Australian dialect )
UK working permit
