Italian speaking Governess in Moscow, Russia

Full-time Italian-speaking Governess/Governor required for G5 & B3, Family located on the outskirts of Moscow, Russia. £900 – £1000 per week, Start ASAP

A Russian family is seeking a caring, kind, professional, and experienced Italian-speaking Governess/Governor for their 5-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son to assist in their learning and development.

As a Governess/Governor, you will work with the children daily to immerse them in the Italian language through structured and planned games, activities, and play. You will be responsible for meeting the daily needs of the children with routines and offer learning at every opportunity.

The children are beginners in the Italian language. Their native language is Russian, they also speak English and are learning French & Chinese. A full team are in place to support the children’s development, including Chinese, English, and French-speaking Governesses.

The ideal candidate will have relevant childcare qualifications and/or teaching qualifications, with previous experience of working with young children in private households. A solid understanding of early years and primary education is desirable. A professional and mature approach is required.

The working schedule will be 5.5 days on/1.5 days off, approximately 6-8 hours per day depending on the schedules of the children, flexibility is required. The exact working hours will depend on the children’s schedule.

The family is currently located on the outskirts of Moscow (Barvikha area) but will move to Sochi in a few months and the candidate has to be ready to accompany them. In Moscow family will cover taxi costs from Kuntsevskaya metro station. In Sochi, the family offers a separate room in a luxury hotel, where all the teachers supporting the children will reside with the family. The candidate will have access to the facilities and be on a full board basis, with all meals provided. Being vaccinated against Covid would be beneficial to your application.

The salary on offer is £900 – £1000 per week and is negotiable depending on the skills and qualifications of the candidate.

The role is Ideally suitable for the candidates who are already based in Moscow. COVID testing is required
