German speaking daily Nanny in Hampstead, London NW3

Friendly, kind international family based in Hampstead NW3, London is looking for a German speaking nanny to help care for their toddler and also help the child continue to progress in German by speaking only German.
45 hours per week 8am til 5pm, salary £730 -£900 gpw depending on your skills and experience.
Little boy is healthy and happy. He sleeps well and is able to play by himself for good periods of time. He understands German and English. He adores going outside, nature and cars :)
Mum is currently not working, but has lots of commitments and hobbies and she does not speak much German herself, so she is looking for a nanny who is confident (or can grow to be confident) in sole care of a toddler, whilst also happy to work with mum being around. And someone who can speak to him exclusively in German so that he grows up to be fully bilingual.
Mum (in fact both parents) are very flexible and relaxed. What matters to them is having a nanny who has the interest, energy and creative personality to stimulate their child, take the child out to plenty activities.
The little boy has lengthy naps during the day and during this time nanny can plan and arrange fun and interesting activities for indoor and outdoors, and also plan and prepare healthy nutritious meals and snacks, from scratch. Also to tidy up after their son and see to his washing etc.
The family has a cleaner who comes in a few times per week.
The family has a small dog, but the dog does not require any care from nanny.
Hours of work are 8am til 5pm Monday to Friday. They can be slightly flexible if needed.
Pay depends on skills and experience but £12-£15 net per hour.
The family goes abroad on holiday and would be happy to take nanny with them, but it is not a requirement - only if nanny is happy to.
Holiday are likely to be within Europe, ski ing in winter and possible to Asia in the summer holidays for a couple of weeks.
Really looking for a nanny with a positive outlook on life and a can-do cheery attitude. Someone with a Montessori background, or similar would be amazing.
