Spanish speaking Nanny in Ascot, Berkshire

A lovely family is seeking a proactive and caring Spanish speaking nanny to care for their two girls ages 5 & 8.
You will be responsible for standard nursery duties including, children’s laundry, meal preparation, keeping their rooms neat and tidy and grocery shopping for the household.

The children are in full time school, so once you have done your duties, the rest of the day is yours to do with as you want, until you collect the children from school at 3.30 and 5pm respectively.

You’ll then be responsible for arranging playdates, getting them to afterschool classes, overseeing their homework, etc.

The children have always had a Spanish speaking nanny and Mum would like someone who can help them keep their fluency – so you should be happy to do all activities with the children in Spanish.

You will be required to work from Monday to Friday 7 am to 7 pm on a sole charge basis, both parents work from home from time to time but keep very much to themselves. The family travels all school holidays but do not need you to accompany them, you will therefore get up to 12 weeks paid holiday per year on top of the standard annual leave requirement.

The family lives in a modern 6 bedroom house with a huge garden area and you will have your own area in the annex, which includes a bedroom, bathroom and large living room area with a small tea/ coffee station.

The family would also consider a daily nanny if you live in the area.

A Driver is essential and you will have a car for use on and off duty.

Hours: 7 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday (with some babysitting and Proxy parenting required from time to time)
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 gross per annum
