Spanish speaking Live in Nanny in Camden, London

This busy international family is looking for a fun, engaging nanny to care for their 3 year old son.
You’ll be required to work Monday to Friday, when in London this will be a 40 hour week, normally 10am to 6pm, with two nights babysitting per week as part of the contract. When travelling the working hours are liable to change according to Mum’s workload but could be up to 60 hours per week.

You’ll be responsible for standard nursery duties, including laundry and meals, some PA type duties including running errands, staying in for workmen etc. The little boy goes to nursery 5 mornings per week, and you’ll also be responsible for nursery pick up and arranging activities and outings for him. The family have a cleaner employed once a week, however, you should be happy to keep the communal areas neat and tidy in their absence.

Mum’s business means she has to travel extensively for work which could be for up to 5 months at a time – you should therefore be happy to travel when required. The family will always do their utmost to keep your working schedule as fixed as possible and will look to provide breaks throughout; with possible return trips to the UK etc, depending on scheduling. Travel locations can include the US (a working visa can be provided), Europe and other exotic locations. For long trips of 6 months + the family would also consider rotational working etc – all are up for negotiation.

When in London you will have your own bedroom and en-suite bathroom with a tea/coffee station and separate entrance. This is on the lower level of the house and there is also a library and movie room on this level which you could use whenever you wanted.

When travelling accommodation will most likely be your own room with as much privacy as possibly – depending on location.

You should be a fluent Spanish speaker, have an eye for detail, the ability to use your initiative with a proactive, flexible and easy going approach and a genuine love of travelling and exploring new areas.
