English, French or German speaking Live in Nanny in Switzerland & New York

Top international nanny opportunity for a professional nanny!
We are looking for an engaged, experienced, energetic nanny with lots of ideas and initiative and who is a natural with children.
Initially joining the family in Switzerland later this month, and accompanying them on their family holiday for 2 weeks in August (1 week in Scandinavia and 1 week in Italy). At the end of August the family will fly to New York and they would love you to go with them. School restarts early September.
In Switzerland the children are enrolled in a daily summer camp with daily activities, and in New York the children are at school all day.
The family returns to Switzerland during school holidays (Christmas, Easter, Summer)
Key hours are getting the children up, breakfasted and ready for school/ summer camp. In New York you would accompany them to school by cab. Their school day or summer camp day ends around 4pm and then there will be a busy few hours of after school (or summer camp) activities, homework, dinner, bath and bed. They pay a full time salary as there will be times when the children are off school and need to be cared for all day, although basically it is 2 hours in the morning and up to 4 hours in the afternoon to early evening.
Both parents are professionals and work full time. The family has a full time housekeeper, but nanny should still be able to prepare nutritious healthy meals. The family have 3 children aged 3, 7 and 9 years. The 2 older children (boys) attend school and the youngest (girl) attends Kindergarten in the mornings.
They are looking for a capable, experienced and self motivated high calibre nanny. Someone with experience of caring for boys and with multiple children. Someone with a background in teaching could be ideal.
Nanny can live in or live out. There is a studio apartments nearby. But you are also completely welcome to live in with the family full time.
The main and most busy hours are between 3pm and 7pm, for school pick up, taking to any activities, helping the children with their homework, cooking, serving their dinner and then the bedtime routine.

They are looking for a nanny with sincere interest in children, their wellbeing and their education and general progress in all areas (social, developmental, emotional etc)
The family sees manners and politeness as very important and need nanny to share the same view. Nanny should be warm, fair, motivated and able to motivate children (homework!) and enforce boundaries and discipline where appropriate. Someone fun will gain their respect quickly.

Gross salary will be around $74,000 / CHF 72,000. Approx 40-45 hrs p/w


Requirements
Up to date clean criminal background check/ police check/
2-3 check-able relevant nanny references.
Recent paediatric first aid
Speak fluent English, French or German
EU, Swiss or US passport
Good amount of experience
Excellent organisational skills
Pro-active, plenty of initiative
Discreet, flexible, excellent understanding of manners and etiquette.
