Fabulous new opportunity for a Mandarin speaking Nanny to join a home where two of the children are fluent!

A family who are in the process of relocating back to London from Hong Kong are looking for a nanny who is a native Mandarin speaker. The two oldest children are fluent Mandarin speakers as they have grown up in Hong Kong and they would love to continue the language flowing through the home so the youngest child and parents learn Mandarin. The two eldest children will be at school so the nanny working one day over the weekend is important and would be when the girls would have more free time to focus on their Chinese.

The role will be based in Kensington for the first year and then the family will be moving to their newly renovated home in Covent Gardens.

General duties:

Undertaking daily nanny duties
Teaching the children by communicating with them in Mandarin
Planning games, learning activities and fun things to do to support the children with their language
Teaching the parents Mandarin

Candidate requirements:

Must be a native Mandarin speaker
Experience working with children and teaching Mandarin to them
Flexible and able to include one of your working days over the weekend
Pet friendly – family have two small dogs
