English or German speaking Nanny in Zug, Switzerland

Our partner nanny agency in Switzerland is looking on behalf of a Swiss family living in Zug. This is a sole care position, but the parents sometimes work from home (away from children though) At home, they speak German but the parents can speak many other languages.
They have 3 children aged between 9 and 4 years and 2 guinea pigs. This family loves to be in the mountains so they need a nanny who will be happy to follow them some weekends or during vacations.

They would like to find an educated nanny who has good manners, is responsible, has experience and interest to work with young children , is hands- on and can handle them on her own when the parents are busy. They would like someone who is tidy, well organized and flexible. Driving is important. They would like someone with good English and/or German language skills. Ideally, the person also likes and can cook. They wish to find a person who would be happy to stay at least two years with them (if possible).

Requirements
Possess a current Swiss or EU passport or valid Swiss Work Permit
Up to date clean criminal background check/ police check/
2-3 check-able relevant nanny references.
Recent paediatric first aid
Speak good English and / or German
Good amount of experience with children
You must be a driver
Discreet, proactive, flexible, happy to be part of a family
This is a strictly no smoking position
