Daily Spanish speaking Nanny in Kensington, London

This family are looking for a Daily Nanny for a 4 month old little boy.
The Nanny must be fluent in Spanish, be full of energy and have years of experience with small children including (ideally) Montessori experience. They would need to understand the importance of nutrition (weaning etc), play, developmental milestones, safety, and behavioural boundaries. The family is looking for someone who is loving, fun, good company, respectful and willing to travel.

The role is shared care with an occasional requirement for sole charge. The working hours would be a maximum of 8 hours per day (minimum of 4) with some flexibility for babysitting.

All nursery duties are required including the baby’s laundry (washing, ironing etc) and ensuring that his bedroom and play areas are tidy and well organised. The Nanny will also be expected to plan and prepare healthy nutritious meals.

The family travel regularly in Europe and internationally and so the Nanny must have experience of and enjoy travelling with families.

The Nanny would need to act on their own initiative and be highly organised with excellent communication skills as they would need to work closely with the family to provide the best level of care. They should create a fun and stimulating environment to support the baby as he develops and thrives.

The successful candidate needs to have a good understanding of the role that a Nanny plays, with the ability to be discreet, confidential, respectful of the family home and to maintain professional boundaries.

A driver is not essential.
