DETAILS : A Mandarin-speaking family needs a live-in Teacher/Governess to care for their 4-year-old twin boys.
REQUIREMENTS : The ideal candidate must be a hands-on, well-educated, and sophisticated individual with significant knowledge of all aspects of Early Childhood Development (Montessori teaching experience is strongly preferred but not a must).
Must be a native excellent English speaker. Basic Mandarin communication is preferred but not a must.
The family is also open to consider Chinese candidates (American/Australian Born Chinese or British Born Chinese or mainland China or Taiwan born Chinese).
The candidate must have minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar environment, a diploma in Early childhood education a plus, and be CPR certified. Must be vaccinated.
DUTIES: Teach and train the children to develop the ability and routine habit for self-hygiene and self-grooming independently, sleeping alone and independently, taking meal process independently, etc.; designing and executing a teaching plan for the children to catch up with the necessary training and studies that the children were supposed to experience in their early development but missed due to the pandemic; driving/picking them up to/from any outside activities; and designing, planning, and leading various educational activities.
