Are you looking for a part time role, 25-30 hours in lovely Notting Hill? Great position that would suit someone with afternoons free to look after two energetic children with fun personalities!

Job Summary: This lovely family have just moved to London and are looking for someone to work for them in the afternoons to care for their two children, B6 and G4. An Italian speaker would absolutely IDEAL! This is a fun social family who are looking for someone to be part of the family

General duties: The core hours will be 3pm – 7pm and then two later nights babysitting would be required to make the weekly hours 25-30 hours. The total hours are be agreed at the start of the role depending on what the candidate is looking for. Duties will involve school pick up once the children have started around 3.30pm, bringing them home or taking them to after school activities, home for down time, homework, other activities, cooking dinner. Dinner will be for the children every night and ideally the family would like dinner cooked for everyone a few nights per week as well. Meals need to be healthy and cooked fresh! There may be times that the family go away for the weekend and would like the nanny to be able to come with them or if just the parents are going away, they would like a nanny who can proxy-parent. Mum will slowly be going back to work so there will be a mix of sole and shared charge at the start when she is around. Hours will be the same in the school holidays as the children will likely be at clubs, on holiday or parents will have time off to spend with them. The family are in Notting Hill on Portobello Road currently for the next two months and will be moving but staying in Notting Hill.

Candidate requirements: The family are looking for someone warm and kind-natured, a nanny who is part of the family and has an interest in early childhood. They would LOVE someone who speaks Italian as B6 has a very strong interest in learning Italian. The role requires someone who is confident helping with homework.
