German speaking Live in Nanny in Notting Hill, London

A lovely family is seeking a German speaking Nanny to look after 2.5 year old girl and 5 month old little boy as their current nanny will be leaving them in April or May this year.
This role is a mixture of sole and shared charge along with mum who will occasionally be at home. The nanny will be responsible for getting the children ready in the morning, nursery drop off and pick up for the eldest, following the youngest child’s routine, organising activities, feeding, following bath and bedtime routine and other standard nursery duties to include cooking and meal prep for the children, tidying up and the children’s laundry.

Mum likes to work collaboratively with the nanny to establish the schedule and is looking for someone who is an excellent communicator with a pro-active approach and happy to offer advice and suggestions when necessary.

The family like to travel during the summer holidays for up to 2-3 weeks at a time and would like the nanny to accompany them. There will also be occasions where both parents are away and the nanny will be responsible for proxy parenting.

You will have your own bedroom at the top of the house with your own shower room and kitchenette, although you will have access to the main kitchen if you need/ want.

Driver is a bonus.

The role: Live in Daily Nanny
Work Hours: 7 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday
Accommodation: Bedroom, shower room and kitchenette on top floor.
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 gross per annum
