Cantonese or English speaking Nanny in Bayswater, London

A busy international family living in the Bayswater area of London is looking for an experienced and qualified nanny to join them and help with their newborn boy, born the last week of February 2022.
General nanny duties will be required – help with the sleep and feed routine, all housekeeping duties related to the baby, organise educational and developmental activities, support the parents daily, etc… A cleaner is employed for all the heavy housekeeping tasks, though the nanny will need to help keep the house in order when and if needed.
As the baby is still very young, the schedule might change during the first few months, whilst a routine is being established. After this, they would be looking for full-time hours Monday to Friday (roughly 7am – 7pm), with some flexibility for babysitting and overnights when the parents are travelling.
Both parents have a busy work schedule – the dad has taken a month off work to help but will be going back to work in April. The mum has her own business, so will need to get back to work ASAP once the baby is in a good routine.
They would love to find a nanny who can speak Cantonese as the mum has a Chinese background (from Hong Kong).
Finding the right fit is the most important for them – they are after someone with relevant maternity experience, a hands-on approach and a positive, muck-in attitude. The nanny should also be comfortable with a multicultural household where multiple languages are spoken regularly. They are a down to earth and hard-working family and will be looking for a similar work ethic from their nanny.
